The Healthy Eating Program is designed to teach you about healthy eating habits, introduce you to a vegan diet and prepare your body for a more intense detox, if you choose to do that.
We aim to replace your regular diet, with a nutritionally balanced, vegan diet, complimented by fresh juices and an education on eating habits and healthy choices to last you a lifetime. Lasting transformation takes time.
During the program, the center offers different types of activities in a daily base. These include various types of yoga- i.e. Hatha Yoga, hot Vinyasa flow, Acro Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga – as well as Zumba, fit ball, boxing, breathwork, TRX, Pilates, cooking class and meditation.
Inclusions for Healthy Eating Program:
Your typical day will start with an early morning wake up. You have the option to meditate by yourself in our meditation room before attending the morning exercise at 7:30am. After this, we have a group morning meeting. Here we reconfirm your program and massage schedules, talk about your progress, and also have an educational discussion about health-related topics. Once the daily schedule is set, you are able to manage your free time however you like. In addition to all of the activities included at Santosa, we also have extra services and therapies available which you may like to partake in at an extra cost. These include Reiki healing, Hypnotherapy, Acupuncture, Five Tibetan Rituals, a variety of private yoga classes, and many more.
