Payment & Guarantee

A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your booking.

A deposit equal to 1 night will be charged to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.

Free Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours (1 day) before arrival.

Late Cancellation / No-Show

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival: the 1-night deposit is nonrefundable.

• No-show: the 1-night deposit is non-refundable and the booking may be cancelled.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 15:00 – 19:30

• Check-out: until 12:00

Late Arrivals (Room Only)

If you expect to arrive after 19:30, please inform us in advance.
If we do not receive notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Early Departure

Early departures are non-refundable.

Payment & Confirmation

A deposit of 50% of the total package is required to confirm the booking.
This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.

Cancellation & Changes (Packages)

• More than 45 days before arrival: 50% of the total package will be charged (deposit retained).

• Within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the total package will be charged.

• No-show or early departure: 100% of the total package will be charged.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 15:00 – 19:30

• Check-out: until 12:00

Arrival Time & Scheduling (Packages)

For package bookings, program scheduling depends on arrival time and pre-booked appointments.
If you expect to arrive after 19:30, please contact us in advance so we can assist and adjust scheduling where possible.

Missed Services

Missed sessions or services due to late arrival are not refundable.
