When reaping the benefits of fitball exercise, it’s important to remember to maintain good posture throughout. Make sure to use slow, controlled activities. In the initial stages of fitball exercise, it is recommended to prop or stabilize the fitball against a wall to help with the initial balancing. Also, make sure to avoid movements that seem difficult or are generally causing pain.
