BREATHWORK is one of the oldest method for transformation and physical well-being used for centuries to eliminate negative patterns and create deeper harmony, spiritual connection and joy in living.

A BREATHWORK session starts with an exploration of your intention and goal for the session and progresses to the breathing session in which you will be guided to use a rhythmic breath (the so-called “circular breath”). During this part you will release stuck energy; the session ends with relaxation and grounding and a final part of coaching, for the purpose of integrating all the understandings and insights gained during the breathing session.

Normally, after the first session we already get a deep understanding of our thinking patterns and a general sense of well-being and we can experience outstanding results from the session. Having said so, we recommend at least 5 sessions to deeply experience amazing and lasting results.
