GYM
Stay fit at our fully equipped gym including cardio, weight-resistance and free weights

Sauna
The steam sauna will help open pores, soothe sore muscles, increase circulation, and provide a generally relaxing and healthy experience. People have indulged in steam baths for centuries, as this practice spread across and among continents.

Ice Bath
Water has been used in many forms of therapy and one of these includes ice water immersion therapy post exercise. Taking a post exercise plunge into an ice bath at 12–15°C appears to be a common practice among many elite athletes. This is believed to be a practice that would reduce muscle pain and soreness after training sessions.

Center Class
Santosa’s aim is to build a wellness community, and our state of the art facilities provide the perfect hub to do just that. We provide 3 to 4 classes per day ranging from yoga to fitness, to spiritual class.
