Almost all of our ingredients are sourced from local providers and we offer organic produce whenever possible. The blackboard above the kitchen lists the daily ingredients, including local produce and superfoods included.
Many dishes on our menu can be ordered either as starters or mains, giving guests the chance to sample a variety of the restaurant’s dishes in one sitting.
Weekly Vegan Buffet
Every Saturday, starting at 6:30 pm, Santosa Vegan Restaurant hosts a vegan buffet which allows guests to dine on creative vegan cuisine and sample a variety of rotating vegan, vegetarian and raw menu items.
Chef Maria Teresa’s labor of love shines through every week during the vegan buffet and each guest that crosses the threshold of his raw, vegan kingdom atop the Santosa Wellness Center walks away satisfied.

Sweet Pea and Edamame Risotto: Traditional Italian risotto Milanese with fresh peas, edamame chives, and lemon.
Sautéed Garlic Broccoli: Steamed and sautéed garlic broccoli.
Grilled Asparagus: Asparagus grilled with virgin olive oil, lemon, and garlic.
Mushroom Fricassee: Mixed mushrooms seared and browned and finished with a cream sauce.
Super Green Salad: Kale, spinach, rocket, red oak, green oak, cos lettuce with a raw apple cider vinegar dressing.
Peanut Rainbow Noodles: Carrot, cucumber, daikon noodles, with red and yellow bell peppers and bean sprouts in peanut ginger dressing with roasted peanut crumble.
Spiced Raw Cauliflower: Sliced cauliflower with an orange and cumin dressing with dried cranberries.
Pear, Rocket and Pecan Salad: Sliced Asian pear with a fresh rocket in a balsamic dressing with pecans and orange/yellow cherry tomatoes.
Celery, Green Bean, and Tofu Salad with Dried Chili flakes: Celery, Green Beans, Tofu, Peanuts lime, and chili.
Rice Noodles al Pomodoro with Chili Oil: Wide rice noodles, chili, basil, cherry tomatoes, and sesame.
Grain Salad with Pickled Onion and Herbs: Ancient grain combined with kale, pistachios, red onion, capers, and mixed herbs.
Chargrilled Eggplant Rolls: Thinly sliced long eggplant stuffed with smoked chipotle cream cheese with tomato salsa.
Selection of dips, dressings, and garnishes.
