During your health and wellness journey, take the time to pamper yourself. A great way to do this is by visiting a spa, going to the sauna or having a massage. These little rewards go a long way and are motivational when it comes to rewarding yourself for a week of exercise well completed or perhaps reaching a weight loss goal.
