Ingredients:

1 pear, cored and then thinly sliced.
2 tbsp of agave syrup (or honey)
4 tbsp of raw almonds, or cashew nuts
Cinnamon powder
Lemon juice

Steps:

1. Marinate the pear into the lemon juice.
2. Then put the first slice onto the plate, sprinkle with a bit of the nuts, drizzle with agave and cover with another slice of pear.
3. Continue until you finish all the ingredients.
4. Sprinkle with the cinnamon (one small pinch) and serve this easy and delicious fruity dessert.

If you don’t have pears, you can use apples.
